Overview
The Admin Dashboard provides administrators with an overview of all bookings, resources, and key metrics for the Booking System.
How to Access
- Click on Booking System in the left sidebar menu
- Click on Admin Dashboard
Dashboard Sections
Key Metrics (Top Cards)
- Total Bookings: Number of all bookings
- Today's Bookings: Bookings for current day
- Pending Requests: Awaiting approval
- Total Resources: Number of bookable resources
Recent Activity
Shows the latest bookings and cancellations.
Resource Utilization
Shows which resources are most/least booked.
How to View All Bookings
- Click on Admin Dashboard
- Click View All Bookings or Reservations
- You will see a complete list
How to Manage Resources
- Click on Admin Dashboard
- Click Manage Resources or All Resources
- From here you can add, edit, or remove resources
