Overview
Create Article allows you to write and publish new wiki articles to expand the knowledge base.
How to Access
- Click on Wiki in the left sidebar menu
- Click on Create Article
Step-by-Step: Creating an Article
Step 1: Title and Category
- Enter Title
- Select Category
Step 2: Write Content
- Write your article in the editor
- Use formatting tools
- Add headings, lists, links
Step 3: Add Tags
- Add tags to help others find your article
Step 4: Preview and Publish
- Click Preview to review
- Click Publish
