The Whiteboards section allows administrators to manage collaborative whiteboard instances, templates, and storage settings.
How to Access
- Click on Whiteboards in the left sidebar menu under the Admin section
Step-by-Step: Managing Whiteboards
Step 1: Access Whiteboards Dashboard
- Log in to the admin panel
- Click on Whiteboards in the left sidebar
- View all whiteboard instances
Step 2: Manage Templates
- Click on Templates
- Create or edit whiteboard templates
- Set default elements and configurations
- Click Save
Step 3: Configure Storage
- Click on Storage or Settings
- Configure file size limits
- Set storage quotas per user
- Click Save
