Overview
Notifications alert you when GPS devices trigger events like entering/exiting zones, speeding, or going offline.
How to Access
- Click on GPS Tracking in the left sidebar menu
- Click on Notifications
How to View Notifications
- Click on Notifications
- You will see a list of recent alerts
- Each shows: Type, Device, Time, Location
Notification Types
- Geofence Alert: Device entered/exited a zone
- Speed Alert: Device exceeded speed limit
- Offline Alert: Device stopped sending data
- Low Battery: Device battery is low
- Power Off: Device was turned off
How to Filter Notifications
- Click on Notifications
- Click Filter
- Choose:
- Type: Alert type
- Device: Specific device
- Date Range: Time period
- Click Apply
How to Acknowledge an Alert
- Click on Notifications
- Find the alert
- Click Acknowledge or Mark as Read
- The alert is marked as handled
